1Introduction

These Standard Service Terms ("Terms") apply to all bookings and service arrangements facilitated through the Bookethcloud platform. By utilizing our dashboard or booking systems, the Administrator and all associated users agree to be bound by the clauses outlined herein.

2Service Provider Obligations

The Service Provider (Bookethcloud) shall maintain a platform uptime of 99.9% excluding scheduled maintenance windows. We commit to the following service standards:

• Automated backup of all booking data every 24 hours.
• Secure encryption of sensitive client information using AES-256 protocols.
• Provision of priority support for Premium Tier accounts within 4 hours.

3Data Usage & Privacy

Data processing is handled with strict adherence to regional privacy laws. All user data remains the property of the client, while metadata generated by the platform remains the property of Bookethcloud for optimization purposes.
